The lithograph is authenticated by the dry stamp of the publisher, L'Imprimerie Chaix.
The first edition was created in 1896 for the satirical newspaper "Pan"

The lithograph was published by Les Maîtres de l'Affiche in the Chaix printing house in 1897. It was part of the portfolio "Les maîtres de l'Affiche" which represented reproductions of the most
beautiful
illustrated posters by the great artists of the time.
