INFORMATION: This lithograph was published by Les Maîtres de l'Affiche in the Chaix printing house in 1895. It was part of this eponymous portfolio (plate no. 27) which represented the most beautiful illustrated posters of the great artists of the time. The first edition of the lithograph was created in 1894 for the poster of the play "Gismonda" at the Théâtre de la Renaissance with famous actress Sarah Bernhardt.

Very good condition, small marginal foxing
